Mahogany “Rodeo” aviator sunglasses from the Jacques Marie Mage X Nick Fouquet collaboration. Limited-edition sunglasses, edition of 50. Skillfully crafted in Japan from the finest plant-based cellulose acetate, these designer sunglasses are consciously wrapped in upcycled bison hides and were made using an ecologically responsible method that does not include stain-resistance or waterproofing. A modern, refined take on late ‘70s aviators, these luxury sunglasses were made with brown lenses featuring a split silver mirror effect and offer 100% UV protection. Each pair comes with an oversized cleaning cloth featuring hand-drawn sketches by Mr. Fouquet (which offer instructions for folding it into a hat band), and a collectible authenticity card hand-stitched and creatively modified by the hatmaker. A percentage of all sales of the Bison Rodeo frames will be donated to Yellowstone Forever Bison Conservation and Transfer Program.
To measure your head at home take a measuring tape around the circumference of your head at a finger's width above your ears, above your eyes, and around the widest part of the back of your head. Don't make it too tight.
All of our felt hats are 100% beaver felt therefore naturally water resistant but not fully waterproof. Wearing in the rain is okay but we do not recommended getting the hats soaked. Additionally, do not leave your hat in the car as it can over heat & cause the hat to shrink.
For small stains or marks on the felt hats we suggest using a small piece of sandpaper to rub it out. For the straw hats we advise using a spray bottle with water and squeezed oranges to spritz the hats bimonthly for added longevity.
